Description
In this hands-on workshop, couples will learn how to work together to relieve stress. Basic massage techniques will be taught and practiced. Points focused on will include neck and shoulders, back and feet.
Participants are asked to wear loose, comfortable clothes. Massage oil will be supplied.
Cost is $45 per couple.
Instructor is Shirley Wright, LMT, RMT (Class is limited to 5 couples.)
Class will be held at the Holistic Healing Center, Cushing Meeting Room, right next to our new office on the 1st floor of the UNION SQUARE MALL at 64-66 East Main St., Dover-Foxcroft, ME.
